  • Agree & set objectives & sales targets.

  • Use Sam to generate new leads from the HAS network.

  • Team or individual sales & marketing development training to enhance skills & build capacity to grow revenue opportunities together.

  • Follow up & remain on track with our objectives & sales pipeline weekly.

  • Reporting on our achievements & delivering against targets set by month 3.

  • If your business doesn’t currently have internal resource or staff to deliver the objectives and sales pipeline - Sam will take the lead on this whilst we review your long term options.

If your business does currently have resource and staffing however you need support operationally managing the team - Sam will take the lead on this whilst we review your long term options.
